Getting Here

By Car: Parking available onsite. Street parking gets tricky on weekends, heads up.

Transit: We're a quick walk from the Burrard SkyTrain station. Super convenient.

Airport: About 30 minutes from YVR. We can arrange a pickup if you need one.

Questions People Usually Ask

We've answered the most common stuff below. If yours isn't here, just hit us up.

Check-in's at 3pm and check-out's at 11am. Need to arrive earlier or leave later? Just let us know ahead of time and we'll do our best to make it work. We've got luggage storage too if you wanna explore the city before or after your stay.

Absolutely! We're pet-friendly here. There's a small fee per night (around $50), and we ask that you keep 'em leashed in common areas. We've even got special pet amenities - bowls, treats, the whole deal. Just mention it when you book so we can prep.

We've got underground parking available for $35 per night. It's secure and covered, with direct elevator access to the lobby. Valet service is included in that price too. Electric vehicle charging stations are available at no extra charge - gotta support the environment, right?

Cancel up to 48 hours before arrival and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Within that 48-hour window, we'll charge for one night. Life happens though, so if there's an emergency or something unexpected, reach out to us directly and we'll work something out.

Definitely, and we actually recommend it. Our spa gets pretty busy, especially on weekends. You can book treatments online through our website or just give us a call. If you're staying with us, you'll get priority booking and a 15% discount on all spa services.

Yep! We've got three conference rooms that can accommodate anywhere from 10 to 150 people. All equipped with modern AV gear, high-speed WiFi, and natural lighting. We can also arrange catering through our restaurant. Our events team is really good at making things run smoothly - they've handled everything from board meetings to wedding receptions.

Depends on which room package you choose. Some of our packages include a full breakfast buffet, others don't. Either way, our restaurant serves breakfast from 6:30am to 11am daily. The buffet's pretty extensive - hot items, pastries, fresh fruit, all that good stuff. There's also an a la carte menu if you prefer.

We follow all provincial health guidelines and then some. Enhanced cleaning protocols in all areas, hand sanitizer stations everywhere, improved air filtration, and our staff's fully trained on current safety practices. We can also arrange contactless check-in if that's your preference. Your safety's important to us, but we're not gonna make it feel like you're staying in a hospital, y'know?
